I never have time to write anymore....all I can do is drag and drop pictures. But that's all you want to see anyways, admit it! :)

Da-Da made Stella an Apple Pumpkin.

We had lunch with Denny and Jason at Panera Bread.

Stella smooshes her face on the front door when we go outside.

We met Mimi Z and Erik at the Celtic Festival and Highland Games yesterday.

We got ready for Jacob's 8th Birthday Party (costume party)

And we had a great time at the party!!!

Happy Birthday, Jacob. I REFUSE to believe you are 8.

Behind the Music

CLICK HERE: The making of the "This is for real" video.

The best line of the segment: Justin says at the end "I need to get a drink." You'll understand when you watch. So funny!

Pumpkin Palooza (or is it APPLE Palooza)

My friends (from DWLZ) Mary and Erika (and her son CJ - one month older than Stella) came for a visit yesterday and we met my MIL and SIL and her daughter Kendall at the Pumpkin Palooza.

I'll just let my new, awesome camera tell the story. (hehe)

Stella attacked CJ with hugs and kisses...

Stella and Mimi Z check out the Pumpkin Carving contest entries...

Look at this one! The "burger" is made out of another pumpkin... So cool.

Here she is flipping out with all of the apples...

Mimi Z and Kendall

The girls...

And here is a sneak peak at the Halloween Costume... it's the fruit hat for the Carmen Miranda outfit.... I just might keel over at the cuteness when the whole outfit is on....

New camera AND living room

I got THIS CAMERA tonight and I am already in love.

Here are some test shots I took in the near dark and look how clear and bright they are. AND I am loving the 3" LDC screen...

Anyway, we moved our living room around and put 2 bookcases in the computer room so it really opened up the living room. And we bought a really nice painting for the wall above the couch. One day, we'll bring our coffee table and end tables back into our lives, but right now, Stella needs the room to run...and I don't need to worry about her falling into a corner and busting her noggin open.

A Picture-Heavy Update

So, as my last cryptic message will tell you, I am now an Independent Consultant for Topline Creations - a direct selling Scrapbook Supply company. I am very excited and I hope I can "step it up" a bit and actually scrapbook more myself by holding more Open Houses. I think I succeeded in finding something I love to do - and making money at it. We shall see.

In other news.... Stella is 16 years old.

Or that's how I feel most days.

She is just amazing. Her vocabulary is growing by the minute and DA-DA needs to be more careful with some language. She is turning into "The Repeater" which could be bad news. Her main words are doG, ducK, booK - all with MAJOR emphasis on that last letter. She says ICE (over and over and over....) when Da-Da gives her ice from his drinks. She says SHOES when we put shoes on in the morning and she tries to help me. Her most used word is definitely APPLE. Everything is an apple. Especially pumpkins.

Here she is with 2 "apples"

Yesterday, Mom and Dad hosted a Neighborhood Fall Fest kind of thing with soups and chili and live music (Courtesy of my Dad, Doug, and Mike - high school bandmates!) That had a guest drummer for a bit of the show. She was AMAZING.

She cried her head off when I had to take her so they could actually PLAY MUSIC.

Here are pics of the day: Although I didn't get any pictures of ME CHASING STELLA AROUND THE ENTIRE TIME. Geez.

Last year, I bought this Beatles shirt for Stella. The smallest one they had was 18 months but I bought it anyway - KNOWING it would be FOREVER before she fit into it. Well, that day is here. Waaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!

And Mom unloaded her camera yesterday and sent me some "old" pictures. Here are some of Stella's first Mother Goose Story Time at the Library, her visit from Great Great Aunts Barbara and Jean, and her cheek "boo boo" - and just random pics from around the house... Most of them while she's eating because that's the only time she's still. HA!

My favorite onesie EVER.
